Barrett Michael Shirley, a 23-year-old male from Kingwood, Texas, tragically passed away on September 5, 2014, in Harris County. Born on May 1, 1991, in Houston, Texas, Barrett was the son of Randall Scott Shirley and Kimberly Ann Scott Shirley. He attended Kingwood High School and was employed as a lab technician at Geo Science in Houston at the time of his death.
