Stephan Fox, a 31-year-old man from New Braunfels, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on November 30, 2019. Fox was found dead inside his vehicle in the 100 block of North Mesquite Avenue. The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m., and witnesses reported hearing several gunshots before seeing a man fleeing the scene on foot. The New Braunfels Police Department launched an investigation into the murder, and it was determined that Fox and the suspect had mutual acquaintances.
