Theodore Bas-Brooks, a 20-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was killed on July 29, 2014, in an incident that remains unsolved. The Kansas City Police Department received a call reporting a shooting, and upon arrival, officers found Theodore dead at the scene. Despite their investigation efforts, the circumstances surrounding the incident have not led to any arrests, and the case remains open.
