Emmanuel Flores, a 26-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on November 30, 2019, in Houston, Texas. He was fatally shot at around 11:05 a.m. while parked at 9101 Clinton. The suspect approached Flores from behind and shot him before fleeing the scene on foot. Flores was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
