Romalius ‘Eugene’ Mathews, a 45-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on December 4, 2019, in Houston, Texas. Mathews was killed alongside his girlfriend, Jaquilla Dixon, 47, in their southeast Houston home. The couple was shot while they slept in their bedroom by Nyee Duncan, an 18-year-old male who was Duncan's godson.
