On the morning of August 14, 2025, Shawnquilla Smith, age 30, a woman from Houston, was shot inside a two-story townhome on the 9700 block of Pine Pass Drive in northwest Harris County. Despite her injuries, Shawnquilla Smith, age 30, managed to call 911 and report that the shooter was still there.
