Evan Lacey, a 19-year-old African American male from Arlington, Texas, was last seen on December 17, 2019, leaving his family's home around 7 a.m. to go to work in Grand Prairie. When he failed to return home and could not be reached, his family reported him missing on December 19. Days later, his blue 2006 Dodge Magnum was found abandoned in Fort Worth under suspicious circumstances. The vehicle contained blood and traces of bleach, suggesting an attempt to clean the interior.
