Cecil Brown, a 35-year-old man from Houston, Texas, was tragically shot and killed outside the Seaside Lounge in Houston on December 29, 2019. The incident occurred after a fight broke out inside the bar. According to reports, Brown was involved in an altercation with a group of men inside the lounge, which escalated when one of the men hit him in the head with a bottle. Brown was then shot as he was leaving the bar in his car.
