James "Jim" Seegan, a 62-year-old man from Carrollton, TX, was found dead at his home on February 19, 2020. Initially, his death was ruled a suicide, as a typed note indicating his death was a suicide was found next to his body. However, after a months-long investigation, detectives discovered evidence that suggested otherwise.
