Ryan Joseph Kelly, a 39-year-old man from Allen, Texas, tragically died on February 21, 2020, as a result of a shooting incident at the Gates of Allen Station Apartments on Exchange Parkway. The incident occurred during a drug deal that escalated into an argument, leading to Kelly being shot. He was initially in critical condition but later succumbed to his injuries.
