Luis Rafael Guerrero, a 35-year-old Hispanic male from San Antonio, Texas, tragically passed away on February 21, 2020. Guerrero was driving a truck when he was shot, causing him to crash into a utility pole on the 200 block of Darby. The incident led to a police chase involving Greg Delgado, who was later found guilty of Guerrero's murder.
