Tommy Ray Tinner, a 50-year-old man from San Antonio, TX, tragically died on April 4, 2021, after being shot multiple times outside a Circle K convenience store near downtown San Antonio. He was found in the parking lot of the store located in the 300 block of San Pedro Avenue around 11:30 p.m. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Tinner succumbed to his injuries.
