On October 15, 2014, the life of Kenneth Kindell Jr., a 31-year-old Black man, was cut short in the Walnut Park neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred during the morning hours near the historic Calvary Cemetery, an area that became the focal point of a sudden homicide investigation.
