Tyrese LeWayne Carroll, a 19-year-old African American male from Waco, Texas, tragically lost his life on June 20, 2020. He was shot multiple times in a parking lot near a Whataburger restaurant on North Valley Mills Drive in Waco. Carroll was taken to a local hospital by private vehicle but unfortunately, hospital personnel were unable to revive him, and he was pronounced dead.
