Andrea Williams, a 39-year-old woman from Houston, Texas, tragically lost her life on June 27, 2020. She was found unresponsive in her apartment on Southmore Boulevard after a concerned family member reported a possible disturbance. When officers arrived and entered the apartment, they discovered that Andrea had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
