Ricky Forward, a 28-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on July 26, 2020, in Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred around 5:45 p.m. near the Veteran Affairs' North Texas campus, specifically at 4417 S. Lancaster Road, a location that houses both an apartment complex and businesses. Dallas Fire-Rescue crews responded to the scene and transported Ricky Forward to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
