On September 10, 2020, Ronda Lynette Vasquez, a 55-year-old woman from Mesquite, Texas, was tragically killed in a murder-suicide incident. The Mesquite Police Department responded to a call around 6 a.m. from the suspect's wife, who reported that her husband was inside their home with a handgun.
