Death by Force

Paul Clinton, a 36-year-old man, was fatally shot on September 24, 2020, while seated in the back of a truck in downtown Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred around 10:15 p.m. on South Ervay Street near the intersection with Main Street. Clinton was not involved in the altercation that preceded the shooting but was tragically caught in the crossfire. He was taken to a local hospital but was later pronounced dead.
