He was born on June 30, 2000, in Hallandale, Florida, to Sara Margaret Harrington and Louis Cesare Pintucci. Joey was raised in Florida, Minnesota, and San Diego before moving to Dallas, Texas, where he lived with his guardians, Ben Harrington and Andrea Haag.
