Blair Carter, a 60-year-old man from Celina, Texas, was tragically found deceased inside his home on November 18, 2020. The circumstances surrounding his death were particularly harrowing as he had been shot multiple times before his home was intentionally set on fire. The fire was discovered by construction workers who reported seeing smoke and hearing what sounded like gunshots.
