Roel "Roy" Munoz, a 42-year-old man from Muleshoe, Texas, tragically died on December 4, 2020, in Lubbock, Texas. Munoz was shopping for Christmas decorations at a Walmart in Lubbock when he encountered 23-year-old Kaleb Anthony Vasquez. According to reports, Munoz gave Vasquez a nod as they passed each other in the store, and shortly after, Vasquez pulled out a gun and shot Munoz in the back of the head.
