Roel "Roy" Munoz, a 42-year-old man from Muleshoe, Texas, tragically died on December 4, 2020, in Lubbock, Texas. Munoz was shopping for Christmas decorations at a Walmart in Lubbock when he encountered 23-year-old Kaleb Anthony Vasquez.
