Ricardo Xavier Rangel, a 22-year-old Latin male, tragically passed away on January 9, 2021, in Dallas, Texas. He was found dead near a road in the 2900 block of Municipal Street, and Dallas Fire-Rescue pronounced him deceased at the scene. The Dallas County Medical Examiner later confirmed his identity.
