On February 7, 2021, Rashad McCray, a 27-year-old African American male, was found dead in Longview, Texas. The Longview Police Department responded to a shooting call at approximately 2:20 a.m. in the 2700 block of North Eastman Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered Rashad McCray's body. The investigation into his death is ongoing, and authorities have urged anyone with information to come forward.
