Tyler Glenn Stephens, a 27-year-old man from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on February 10, 2021. He was found in the roadway at 300 East Delz Street with a gunshot wound to his head. According to witnesses, Stephens was pulled out of a vehicle and left in the street by an unknown person who then fled the scene.
