Humphrey Magwira, a 20-year-old male student at the University of Houston, tragically lost his life on October 15, 2021, in Houston, Texas. Magwira, who was of Tanzanian descent, was involved in a minor car accident near Beechnut and Addicks Clodine Road in Fort Bend County. The accident occurred when Magwira's vehicle collided with another car. Within seconds of the crash, the driver of the other vehicle, identified as 19-year-old Ramon Vasquez, exited his car and shot Magwira multiple times. M
