James Derrick Banks, a 26-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on March 31, 2017, in Houston, Texas. He was visiting a homeowner at the address 5403 Bungalow when he was fatally shot. The Houston Police Department's Homicide Division, led by Sergeant J. Dominguez and Officer S. Jimenez, investigated the incident. Unfortunately, Mr. Banks was pronounced dead at the scene.
