James Derrick Banks, a 26-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on March 31, 2017, in Houston, Texas. He was visiting a homeowner at the address 5403 Bungalow when he was fatally shot. The Houston Police Department's Homicide Division, led by Sergeant J. Dominguez and Officer S.
