Byron B Donnell Ross, a 38-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 28, 2021, in Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred at the Budget Inn motel located on East Northwest Highway, near LBJ Freeway. Early that morning, Dallas police responded to a shooting call at the motel.
