Amber Fullbright, a 33-year-old woman from Waco, Texas, tragically passed away on March 13, 2021. She was identified as the victim of a stray bullet incident at the Kate Ross Apartments in the 1100 block of Ross Avenue. Amber was found by her roommate, who then alerted the authorities.
