David Owens, a 49-year-old man from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on June 19, 2021, due to a road rage incident. Owens, who was driving with his son and other family members, got into a verbal altercation with a driver in a black Ford Mustang. The situation escalated quickly, leading to the driver firing shots at Owens' vehicle.
