Jesse Paul McNeely, a 17-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically lost his life on June 30, 2021, in Tyler, Texas. Jesse was fatally shot during an attempted robbery outside his home. He was speaking with a friend when three men approached them in a vehicle, demanding their property. When Jesse and his friend refused, a struggle ensued, and Jesse was shot during the altercation.
