Hesiris A. Staples-Bey, aged 43, was tragically killed in St. Louis, Missouri, on October 21, 2015. Officers initially responded to a call that reported an accident at the intersection of Goodfellow Boulevard and Page Avenue. Upon their arrival, it became evident that the incident was not simply an accident; Staples-Bey had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. He was quickly transported to an area hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
