David Watts, a 30-year-old male from Dallas, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on September 19, 2021, in Waxahachie, Texas. The incident occurred in the 800 block of North Getzendaner Street. At approximately 8:20 PM, the Waxahachie Police Department received a 911 call from a female stating that she had just shot her boyfriend.
