On September 26, 2021, Norberto Velasquez, a 23-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred around 8:45 p.m. at 6355 Griggs Road. Velasquez was in his vehicle, stopped at a red light, when an unknown Black male suspect with long dreadlocks in a black sedan pulled up and fired multiple shots at him.
