Lonnie Day, a 41-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on November 3, 2021, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred at a residence on Hampton Road, where Day was found unresponsive in a bedroom with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. According to witnesses, the suspect, Tyree L. Hector, a 20-year-old male, became agitated for unknown reasons and began pacing around the home.
