Andrew ReShaun Williams, a 26-year-old man from Refugio, Texas, tragically lost his life on November 15, 2021. Born on September 16, 1995, in Beeville, Texas, Andrew was known to his family and friends as a loving brother and father. His untimely death occurred in his own home during a dispute with his girlfriend. The perpetrator, Robert Michael Frazier, entered Andrew's home armed with a 9mm gun and fatally shot him.
