James Obeng, a 46-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on November 16, 2021, in Dallas, Texas. He was found inside his car in the 7200 block of Forest Parkway, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after. The incident is being investigated as a homicide, but there are currently no suspects or witnesses identified.
