Isidro Galvan-Cerda, a 41-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on October 10, 2020, in Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred at the Mill Run Apartments in the 1200 block of Westmount Avenue. Officers responded to the scene around 1 a.m. and found Galvan-Cerda in a doorway with multiple gunshot wounds.
