Christy Martinez, a 27-year-old woman from Harlingen, Texas, tragically lost her life on November 24, 2021. She was reported missing by her family on the same day, and her body was discovered on December 4, 2021, in a remote location off Jimenez Road in Cameron County. The investigation into her death revealed that she had been shot by Isaac Vasquez, a 21-year-old man from San Benito, Texas.
