On March 26, 2022, 35-year-old Hispanic female Kristina Marie Torres was found deceased in her apartment at 925 E. Pierce Avenue in Harlingen, Texas. Responding to a welfare check, authorities discovered her body with multiple gunshot wounds, indicating she had been dead for several days prior to the discovery.
