Calogero Louis Dueñes, a 24-year-old man of Hispanic ethnicity, was fatally shot on December 31, 2021, in Humble, Texas. He was carrying his 6-year-old daughter's birthday cake outside a Chuck E. Cheese restaurant when he was killed. His wife, Amber Uresti, and their two daughters were already inside the venue when the incident occurred.

Antoine Daniel Badon, 27, of Humble, Texas, was arrested and charged with Dueñes' murder. Surveillance footage showed Badon driving the wrong way down ...Read More
