Jose Mario Luna III, a 25-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity from Laredo, Texas, tragically passed away on February 13, 2022. He was one of three victims in a triple shooting outside TKO Sports Café in Laredo. The incident occurred around 1:58 a.m., when Luna and two other young men, Gilberto de la Torre, 21, and Cesar Samuel Escobar, 21, were fatally shot by Joe Manuel Martinez, 25.
