On March 8, 2022, Said Octavio Diaz, a 17-year-old Hispanic male, was found shot to death in the parking lot of an apartment complex located at 1855 Wirt Road in northwest Houston, Texas. He was discovered around 5:40 a.m. with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics from the Houston Fire Department. Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots between 4:30 a.m. and 5 a.m.
