Jasmine Mishari Scott, a 26-year-old woman from San Antonio, Texas, was tragically killed on April 27, 2022. Jasmine, along with Evan Scott, 40, was fatally shot while sitting in a vehicle in the 5500 block of Fredericksburg Road, near a Northwest Side bar.
