Luis Espinoza, a 29-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically murdered on June 18, 2022, in Houston, Texas. Espinoza was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the driver's seat of a Jeep Cherokee at the intersection of Fairbanks Street and Cochran Street.
