On July 8, 2022, Mary Ann Kane, an 86-year-old woman from San Antonio, TX, tragically lost her life in an incident at Methodist Hospital. The incident was determined to be a murder-suicide. Mary Ann Kane was killed by her husband, Thomas Michael Kane, who was 87 years old. After shooting his wife, Thomas Michael Kane turned the gun on himself.
