Angel Ray Garcia, a 15-year-old Hispanic male from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost his life on July 29, 2022. Garcia was found shot and killed outside an apartment complex on the city's south side, along with 19-year-old Gregorio Cordova-Mejia. Both victims suffered multiple gunshot wounds, and the incident occurred just before 3 a.m. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots and seeing two men running from the scene, but no one has come forward with information about the actual shooting.
