Omar Ursin, a 37-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on August 28, 2022, in Humble, Texas. Ursin, who served as a Deputy Constable for Harris County Precinct 3, was off duty at the time of his death. He was driving home after picking up food for his family when he was shot.
