Ashanti Tennille Foremar, a 20-year-old woman from Fort Worth, Texas, tragically passed away on September 9, 2022. According to police reports, Ashanti was shot and killed in her apartment when a gun accidentally discharged. Detectives believe that someone in the home was handling the firearm when it went off, and the bullet struck Ashanti.
