Cithlali Zamora, a 1-year-old girl, was last seen on June 30, 2010, in Lancaster, California. She was abducted alongside her 3-year-old brother, Adalberto Zamora, by their non-custodial parents, Teresa Garcia and Efrain Otoniel Zamora. Authorities issued felony warrants for both parents, with Teresa’s warrant issued on August 9, 2010, and Efrain’s on November 13, 2013.
