She was abducted alongside her 3-year-old brother, Adalberto Zamora, by their non-custodial parents, Teresa Garcia and Efrain Otoniel Zamora. Authorities issued felony warrants for both parents, with Teresa’s warrant issued on August 9, 2010, and Efrain’s on November 13, 2013.
Cithlali is described as a Hispanic female with black hair and brown eyes.
At the time of her disappearance, she was 2 feet 4 inches tall and weighed 21 pounds. Her parents, Teresa and Efrain, were also described in detail: Teresa, who was 32 in 2010, is 5'2" tall, with brown hair and eyes, and Efrain, 42 years old at the time, is 5'5" tall with black hair and brown eyes.
