Dmarcea Terry Hodge, a 21-year-old from Dallas, Texas, tragically lost his life on September 24, 2022. Hodge was fatally shot at a Chevron gas station parking lot on E. Overton Road in Dallas. The incident occurred around 4:49 p.m., when Anthony Welcome, a 51-year-old man, opened fire, hitting both Hodge and a witness.
